The King Crab is an exotic creature
which tastes delicious- and Varanger is an ideal place to
go on a kingcrab safari. In the Varanger area there are
huge groups of king crabs and the largest crab ever caught
here measured 1.8 meters from tip to toe and weighted 14
kg. The largest examples in the world are to be found in
the Varanger area.
Our boat will pick you up from the quay, bring you to the
ocean and the crabpots will be hoisted onboard. If we are
lucky we will get fresh ingredients for a unique
gastronomic experience. The kingcrabs will be boiled and
served on board.
